We go out of our way to stay sane even when the angst of life almost feels unbearable.

transcendent emotion, apprehension, insecurity . . .
feeling mixed with frustration and negativity . . .
Back to reality and to the emptiness . . . Is this manageable?
Yes and definitely it depends on you, your orientation and your faith in something more after this earthly life.
All we can do is to let it in for it comes at any moment. It is like air or some kind of atmosphere that all it can do is attack or plague you but if you are ready with your defense mechanism or strong hold of your faith then all it can do is wait. At the end of life’s quirks and perks is the rainbow and the light for a better tomorrow.
