My first experience of this treat – free movie experience – happened yesterday, Monday, August 24, 2015. In Centrio, Cagayan de Oro City, Misamis Oriental, Philippines, you can see movies for free for two days: Monday and Tuesday!!! Thanks a lot Centrio management. All other big malls with theaters should follow suit.
On these days, first showing is not necessarily only for senior citizens but you should see the long queue of sexy, beautiful and handsome elderly women and men who avail of this altruistic project. Once in a while you see children who accompany their grandma or grandpa and young men who join the crowd.
It could not be denied that the Makati model of showing movies for free for senior citizens served as the prototype. Perhaps an improved version of this apostolate is to offer free snacks or at least free mineral water from Nature’s Spring! How about it Nature’s Spring management???
