Commission on Elections (COMELEC), in coordination with GMA 7, launches First Presidential Debate in
Mindanao. Dubbed PiliPinas 2016 series, Capitol University, Cagayan de Oro City, Mindanao is the first stopover.
The Presidential Debate is going to happen on Sunday, February 21, 2016.
COMELEC spokesperson, James Jimenez, gave us some information that bloggers can expand more lengthily in their respective blogs. He urged bloggers like us to help COMELEC reach out to the voters out there who may need more explanation or listen to their questions or doubts. This is to say that debates are opportunities to hear the viewpoints of the Presidential candidates but there are other aspects about voting that even debates cannot incorporate and integrate.
PiliPinas 2016 is by itself a call for Philippine voters to choose intelligently and responsibly.
