A very big country, like Canada, dumps garbage to a small country, the Philippines

It looks logical that if a country is as big as Canada and has not many people for its population, it will have enough space for its own garbage.  Yet, Canada has the guts to dump its garbage to a definitely fully inhabited and relatively small country like the Philippines! Where is the justice of it all except that perhaps a cruel and greedy businessperson(s) used the financial hunger of  whoever made it possible to let the garbage in for sure – for an equally huge cash transaction?

However you look at it, something is wrong, morally at the very least. Then, the implications of the act itself churn your stomach for the disrespect not only to the environment but to the people, in Tarlac, in particular and the whole country, the Philippines, in general.

Garbage comes in many forms. Rappler and other media give you all  the details of the contents of the garbage but usually it is only as it looks. How about the components of every garbage? Are these brought to the laboratory for scientific studies and reliable/credible status?  One only has to use imagination to get a picture of the dirt and germs every object brings. The mere fact that it is already garbage is enough information of the stinking state it is in.

A very big country like Canada and especially its leaders, should strike their breasts with shame and look kindly to a small country like the Philippines and spare it from garbage for in fact and in truth the Philippines is already overflowing with garbage of its own.
