Are you burnt out? Causes vs. Remedies

Since each of us is only human, there comes moments when our vitality sort of runs out and you feel burnt out. I can easily describe it because I have been through this emptiness a lot of times. Others prefer to label it more psychological rather than medical. I am inclined to agree!

In our daily routine we take the activities easy to do since it is habitual  but when we are burnt out even this is too big to finish. We prefer to just be contented sitting or lying down. The day is too long and nothing is exciting enough to catch your attention.

Causes can range from physical exhaustion to something medical. Remedies logically can also be good sleep, good food and good spiritual relaxation. It can also mean medical consultation.

The scripture has something to remind us:” There is time for everything . . .” Indeed there is time to get burnt out so we can take time to keep quiet and meditate and be happy for the gift of life.
